对甲基苯乙烯和异丁烯三嵌段共聚物的分析与表征 被引量:1

摘要 采用阳离子聚合的引发—转移 (inifer)技术[1] ,首先合成α ,ω 端氯基遥爪聚异丁烯 (Cl PIB Cl) ,再以它为大分子引发剂 ,AlEt2 Cl为共引发剂 ,对 甲基苯乙烯为单体 ,合成对 甲基苯乙烯、异丁烯三嵌段共聚物。用核磁、凝胶渗透色谱等方法 ,对产物进行表征 ,证明以端氯基聚异丁烯为大分子引发剂 ,引发对 甲基苯乙烯聚合 ,制得的产物是PPMS b PIB b PPMS三嵌段共聚物。用核磁、紫外方法测定了共聚物中对 甲基苯乙烯的含量 ,两者结果相一致 ,并且产物的分子量及组成比与预定值相符。 The triblock copolymer was prepared by using α,ω -di-t-chlorine terminated telechelic polyisobutylene (Cl-PIB-Cl) as a macroinitiator which formed an active initiating system in conjunction with coinitiator AlEt_2Cl. The product was characterized and confirmed as the triblock copolymer by GPC, NMR and Dynamic Viscoelastomer. The composition of the copolymers was determined by UV and NMR respectively. Both results are identical.
