摘要
文中提出了一种应用两根钢丝绳和一对滑轮组合的新夹丸机构 ,解决了在中药蜜丸沾蜡机工作过程中 ,夹丸机构会出现的自锁问题。该机构能确保夹丸机构中的下针固定架相对主横杆平行移动 ,防止机构自锁。文中对下针固定架的受力状况进行了理论分析 ,理论证明了该机构避免自锁现象发生的有效性。
A new clip mechanism, which is constituted by two steel ropes and two pulleys, was proposed for solution of the selfhold in a working process for waxing Chinese traditional medicine pills. The mechanism can keep the down-clip moving parallel to the up-clip in the clips and can avoid self-holding of the whole clip. The analysis of the forces indicates that the mechanism can effectively prevent the phenomenon of the selfhold.
