紫蛤生态的观察

Observation of Ecology of Soletellina violacea Lamarck

对紫蛤Soletellina violacea Lamarck的生活环境、生活习性与分布等进行了观察,并研究了相对密度对紫蛤成活率的影响。结果表明,紫蛤生活在中低潮区至潮下带15～30cm的细沙底,自然分布海区的水温变化范围为9～33℃,pH值为6.9～8.6,海水相对密度的适宜范围为1.004～1.029,最适相对密度范围为1.005～1.027,以有机碎屑和硅藻为主要食料。雌雄异体,一年有二次繁殖期。鲜出肉率为59.99％,24h 60℃烘干后的干出肉率为11.75％。
