摘要 研究了ZL205A大型铸件成分和显微组织。结果表明:ZL205A大型铸件中,Cu元素严重偏析,局部Cu含量超过上限;热处理后,铸件下表面严重偏析区的共晶复熔相呈三角形,复熔相为Cu和Al的氧化物。 Compositions and microstructures of a large ZL205A casting were studied.The results showed that there exists serious segregation of Cu in the large ZL205A casting and Cu contents of part area exceed the upper limit. After heat treatment,the remelted eutectic phases of serious segregation area on the lower surface of the casting are of triangle shape,which are the oxide of Cu and Al.
