摘要
利用扫描电镜(SEM),比较了8种成分的CuAl系阻尼合金金相组织;利用示差热分析方法(DTA)分析了各试样相变温度;利用自由衰减法测得各试样的阻尼性能参数。分析了试样中热弹性马氏体的形态,研究了Mn和Ni元素对CuAl系阻尼合金的相变点及金相组织的影响。试验结果表明:Mn的作用类似与Ni;Mn和Ni的联合使用可以得到细条片状马氏体;在高温高阻尼合金中,通过Mn与Ni的合理搭配,可以在较宽的温度范围内调整合金的相变点。
The structures of eight kinds of copper aluminum damping alloys are compared with each other by means of SEM. The transformation temperature of every sample is attained by DTA approach. And the damping property parameter Q -1 is measured by free damping approach .The influence of elements Mn,Ni on the structures is studied by analysizing the quantity and configuration of thermoelastic martensites in samples .The results show that the effect of Mn is similar to Ni,that thin and flakily martensite is attained after adding Mn,together with Ni, and at the same time the transformation temperature is increased, and that transformation temperature of alloys can be adjusted within a broad domain by the proper collocation of Mn and Ni.
