摘要
从企业的利润是在企业资金运动中创造的原理出发 ,论述了财务管理是企业管理的中心 ,资金管理是财务管理的中心的道理 ,并提出了落实资金管理的若干行之有效的措施。
This papers bases on the principle that the enterprise profit generates in the fund movement of the enterprise , and discusses that the financial management of an enterprise is the key of itself management ; and the fund management is the centre of the financial management of enterprise This papers presents some efficients measures for this policy too
