摘要
以各级党委机关报为核心的报纸改革 ,不是办报人的主观行为 ,而是社会经济发展的客观要求和必然趋势。中国报纸发展历程证明了这一发展规律。改革开放以来 ,中国党报改革走过了新闻改革———报纸改革———报业改革三个阶段 ,报业集团的诞生不但标志着党报改革进入了更高层次 ,而且也为报业的发展提供了完全不同于以往的物质基础。新闻改革的根本动力在于信息提供者与信息接受者之间的矛盾运动 ,而报业改革的根本动力乃在于信息掌握者、信息市场主导者、信息接受者三者之间的矛盾运动。这是远比前二者矛盾运动要复杂得多的一种矛盾运动过程。社会主义市场经济体制的建立为中国报业改革提供了广阔的空间 ,但是还有不少问题需要思考 。
The reform of newspapers, especially the official newspapers of the Party committees at different levels, is not the subjective desire of those who run newspapers, but the objective demand and inevitable trend of the socio economic development. This law of development has been proved by the development of newspapers in China. Since the beginning of opening up and reformation, the reformation of CPC newspapers has witnessed the three stages of news reformation, newspaper reformation and newspaper business. The birth of newspaper business groups not only symbolizes further reformation of CPC newspapers, but also provides an entirely different material basis for the development of newspaper business. The essential motive force of the reformation of news reporting lies in the paradoxical movement between the information provider and the information receiver, while the essential motive force of the reformation of newspaper business lies in the paradoxical movement among the information provider, the information market leader and the information receiver. The last course of movement is much more complicated than the former two. The establishment of the socialist market economy system provides vast room for China's reformation, but not a few issues still remain to be solved through reflection and practice.
