摘要
传统混凝土配合比设计方法是计算—试配法,其依据是普通混凝土的一般经验规律。尽管经过试配调整,但最终配合比往往并不是最优的,难以适应骨料变异大、耐久性指标的实际要求。通过对已知骨料试配获得骨料的最紧密堆积及最佳浆骨比,然后借助影响混凝土主要性能的已知规律,推导建立了基于最佳浆骨比的混凝土配合比计算方法,其实质是试配—计算—试配法。实例表明该方法能适应不同原材料条件下高性能混凝土配合比设计要求。
Mix design method of ordinary concrete is calculationtrial method,which is calculated by empirical law of ordinary concrete.Trial preparation and adjustment being made,the pasteaggregate ratio isn't always in the optimum state.It is unsuitable for requirement of aggregate variation on the site.For the given aggregate,the parameters of the closest stacking state and optimum pasteaggregate ratio were obtained by trial method.Mix design method of concrete was derived by the known rules influenced main property,which is actually a trialcalculatingtrial method.The research results indicate that the method is more suitable for high performance concrete design requirement with different raw materials.
