摘要
以"红成功"带侧芽的茎段为外植体,进行月季离体快繁研究。采用MS培养基,附加不同浓度的活性炭、6-BA、NAA,按正交试验表形成不同配方的培养基,分析了不同激素浓度配比以及活性炭对月季茎段分化的影响。在此基础上进行月季生根培养,采用不同浓度的MS培养基、NAA和6-BA,按正匀表L9(34)形成3因素、3水平的不同配比,比较了不同培养基对月季组培苗生根的影响。试验结果表明,以MS培养基+6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.05mg/L+活性炭0.3%配方对茎段分化和植株再生效果最好,最适于长根的培养基配方为:MS培养基+NAA0.05mg/L+活性炭0.3%。
In order to analyze the effects of different hormone and active carbon concentrations on the rooting of Rosa chinensis Jacq,the tissue culture of the stem sections from Rosa chinensis Jacq were carried out by using MS medium with the addition of different concentrations of 6BA,NAA and active carbon.The results of orthogonal experiment design (three elements with three levels) indicated that the MS with 6BA 20 mg/L+NAA 005 mg/L+active carbon 03%+sucrose 30 g/L was suitable for the culture of stem sections,and the MS+NAA 005 mg/L+active carbon 03%+sucrose 30 g/L was optimal for rooting.
