摘要
研究了多种褐煤混烧时硫污染物的动态排放特性,发现单煤及混煤燃烧时硫析出速率曲线均呈现出典型的双峰结构.由古山煤、风水沟煤和元宝山煤配成的三元混煤的硫析出速率双峰比后两者配成的二元混煤更趋于平缓.当低硫的风水沟煤掺配比增加时,二元或三元混煤的最大硫析出量均逐渐减少,硫析出速率双峰均逐渐降低,其峰值时间均有所延迟.
The dynamic sulfur emission derived from combustion of lignite blends is studied in a tubular furnace. It is found that the sulfur emission procedure of component lignite in blends is hardly affected by each other. In combustion of component lignites or their blends, two characteristic peaks are formed on the sulfur release rate curve versus experimental time, which are closely related to the sulfur patterns in raw coal and their thermal stabilities. The two sulfur release rate peaks derived from combustion of blends composed of three lignites, such as Gushan lignite, Fengshuigou lignite and Yuanbaoshan lignite, are respectively gentler than those of blends composed of the latter two lignites. With an increase in blend ratio of lowsulfur Fengshuigou lignite, the maximum sulfur release quantity and two sulfur release rate peaks derived from lignite blends combustion all decrease, while the two characteristic peak times are both postponed.
