摘要
在研究未燃煤粉、焦炭反应性的基础上,通过未燃煤粉、焦炭与CO2的共同反应试验,进一步研究了高炉喷吹高反应性煤对焦炭高温性能的影响.研究表明:未燃煤粉的反应性远大于焦炭的反应性,高炉喷吹高反应性煤并没有改变焦炭与CO2的反应能力,但可减少焦炭与CO2反应的机会,从而可减少焦炭的熔损反应,提高焦炭的反应后强度.
On the basis of studying the reactivity of unburned coal and coke, The effect of unburned coal reactivity on thermal property of different cokes was investigated through the experiment of carbon dioxide reaction with coke and high reactivity coal. The results indicate that the reactivity of unburned coal is higher than that of coke.The high reactivity coal injection can′t change coke′s reaction ability with carbon dioxide, but can decrease its reaction chance with carbon dioxide and it is good for the decrease of coke′s reactivity and improve coke strength after reaction.
