摘要
分析了截割粉尘与其影响因素之间的关系,并以减小截割粉尘为研究目标,通过优化设计的方法,寻求单位产尘量最小时的掘进机的设计参数.采用该方法优化后,可使掘进机的单位产尘量降低约20%.
The relationship of the cutting dust with primary influence factors is analyzed Taking aim at decreasing cutting dust, roadheader design parameters forming minimum dust per unit coal output are sought by means of optimization method The study shows that dust production per unit coal output of a roadheader may be reduced about 20% after optimized design by this method.
