摘要
失败国家是后冷战时代世界政治中的一个突出课题 ,它对内造成了严重的人道主义灾难 ,对外则是世界和平与地区安全的重大隐患。本文对失败国家的内涵、研究价值、指向性特征、形成原因、相关的国际干预机制等等进行了初步的探讨。
The problem of Failed States is a harsh fact in the world politics since the end of the cold war. Failed states have caused enormous humanitarian catastrophe within their territories and become serious threat to the regional security and world peace. This article tries to analyze the meaning, academic value, essential features, contributing factors of failed state and the international regime to cope with this problem.
