摘要
报道了江西省63种食物中氨基酸的测定。测定结果表明:我省绝大部分食物与全国及东亚地区同品种食物比较,各种氨基酸有着相似的含量水平。
Contents of amino acids of 63 kinds of foods of Jiangxi Province were determined. Results showed that the levels of the content of all kinds amino acid were almost the same, when compared with the same foods of other provinces in our country and with the same foods in other areas of East Asia.
