当前,尤其是加入WTO后,我国公安行政复议工作面临的问题日益突出,为适应新的形势和要求,必须认真学习掌握WTO基本规则,结合我国实际情况,正视存在的问题,多措并举,与时俱进,不断加强和完善公安行政复议工作。

Chinese public security administrative reconsideration is facing increasing problems for the period ahead, especially after China entered the WTO.
