作为我国刑侦体制改革的一项新成果,“命案招标”的出现赢得了媒体的一片赞扬。然而从我国刑侦体制改革整体呈现的逻辑来看,这项举措或许在伦理价值层面和经济效率层面与其有所背离,进而会损害我国刑侦体制的健康发展。

As a new achievement of reforming of investigation system,the appearance of bidding invitation for cases wins much praise of news media. But from logic of reforming of investigation system, it contradicts the whole purpose of reforms and is harm to healthy development of investigation system in China.
