摘要
我国行政诉讼法第51条的规定存在诸多难以解释清楚的问题,在分析被告改变原行政行为利弊的基础上对其进行修正。
There are some unexplainable problems in the Article 51 of China administrative litigation law,so it is necessary to amend this article on the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the defendant's change of administrative action.
