摘要
对于不断增长B2C电子商务活动来说,一个合理的、简便易行的纠纷解决机制是十分必要的。在线仲裁制度以其便捷、高效、预见性强的特点,迎合了B2C模式下电子商务发展的要求。然而,在线仲裁作为一个新事物,在解决B2C模式下电子商务纠纷的过程中仍然存在着不少的障碍。对于这些问题一方面可以通过对现行法律制度作扩大性解释加以解决,另一方面,也可以通过发挥互联网的自律功能加以克服。
To the activities of e-Business under BZC mode, which increasing constantly, it is very essential to set up a rational, simple and easy to do mechanism of dispute solving. The system of Arbitrating online is convenient, high-efficiently, better foresight, and this has catered to the request for development of e-business under BZC mode. However, arbitrating online as a piece of new things, has still many obstacles existing in the course of solving dispute of e-business under BZC mode, These questions can be solved on one hand through doing the explanation of expanding nature to the current legal system.on the other hand,it can be solved through exerting the functions of self-discipline in Internet.
