摘要
报道了应用气相色谱法对四特酒成品酒、酒基、各类香型名优白酒中醇类的分析结果,发现了正丙醇含量高是四特酒香味成分的一大特征。
The contents of various alcohols in Site wine, in its basic wine, and in other famous Chinese wine have been analyzed by GC, That high proportion of n-pronyl alcohol in Site wine gave a special feature of its bouquet com-pounts.
