摘要
根据布坎南·R·E等著的《伯杰细菌鉴定手册》(第8版)和中国科学院微生物所细菌分类组的《一般细菌常用鉴定方法》所提供的检索表和方法,对4株油菜促生菌进行了鉴定。结果表明,4株促生菌分属于短芽孢杆菌(Bacillusbrevis)、蜡质芽孢杆菌(B.cereus)、放射形土壤杆菌(Agrobacteria radiobacter)和假单孢菌(Pseudomonas sp.)。此外,笔者还对这4株促生菌菌株的基本生物学特性进行了比较观察。
Four isolates of PGPG were identified according to the 'Bergey's Man- ual of Determinative Bacteriology (Eight edition)'. The results showed that the four isolates were Bacillus brevis, B. cereus, Agrobactcria radiobacter and Psendomonas sp respectively. In addition, the physiological and the main biological properties of the isolates were studied.
