歧义的语用研究——以美剧《摩登家庭》为例

歧义是语言中普遍存在的一种现象,引起了人们的广泛关注。本文将根据不同的标准对歧义进行不同的分类,着重从语用学的角度研究歧义,从言语行为理论,合作原则和礼貌原则和修辞四个方面分析美剧《摩登家庭》中歧义的语用功能。本文通过研究发现,歧义在人际交往中有许多积极的语用功能,可以帮助人们表达真实意图,避免冲突,完成交际任务。

Ambiguity is a common language phenomenon and has attracted widespread attention. According to various standards, this thesis divides ambiguity into different classifications and focuses on analyzing ambiguity from the perspective of pragmatics. It explores the ambiguity of American TV play——Modern Family from speech act theory, cooperative principle, politeness principle and rhetoric devices. Through research, the author finds that ambiguity has various positive pragmatic functions and it can help people to avoid conflicts, complete communicative task and achieve politeness.
