联诚集团薪酬制度优化研究——基于员工薪酬满意度的调查研究分析视角 被引量:2

摘要 传统的薪酬制度已无法适应企业新的形势发展,某种程度上对员工的工作积极性产生了一定影响,以造成企业薪酬制度内员工的满意度不高。本文笔者以株洲市联诚集团有限责任公司为例,调查分析显示从员工满意度角度而言,首先,从对公司薪酬制度的认可度、行业内外、薪酬管理、福利制度及岗位与绩效工资等方面调查分析员工对薪酬的满意度;其次,分析了公司现有薪酬制度存在薪酬过于刚性且不能有效激励员工、绩效系数K值的影响甚小、事业部之间的收入分配不公平、一线员工与非一线员工之间收入的不均衡及薪酬分配要素不规范等问题,并找出了产生问题的原因是受传统分配模式的影响、受原企业性质的影响及继承了国有企业的薪酬制度等;最后,从完善竞争上岗制度,提高员工的工作积极性、健全绩效考核制度,以员工的价值为导向、建立现代化福利体系,提升员工福利水平及公司领导的参与和支持,为联诚集团薪酬制度优化建言献策。 the traditional salary system has been unable to adapt to the new situation development. In a certain extent, enterprise affects the staff's work enthusiasm, leading to employee satisfaction of enterprise salary system is not high. In this paper, the author is investigating and analyzing employee satisfaction of the company compensation system, take zhuzhou city Lian Cheng group co.LTD.for example.First of all, it investigates and analysis on employees pay satisfaction, from inside and outside the industry recognition, compensation system, salary management, welfare system,Position and performance salary and so on; Secondly, Enterprise existing pay salary system is too rigid and can not motivate employees effectively, the influence of the performance coefficient K value is very small, the division between the income distribution is unfair, front line staff between with not a gleam of staff income is imbalance and distribution of compensation factor is not standard, the author finds out the causes of the problem is influenced by the traditional distribution mode, under the influence of the original enterprise nature and inherits the salary system of state-owned enterprises, etc.; Finally, to improve the system of competition and staff's working enthusiasm, make a sound system of performance appraisal.At the same time,guided by the value of employees, to establish modern welfare system and enhance the level of employee benefits,company leaders to participate in and support, these all make recommendations for Lian Cheng group salary system optimization.
