从新制度主义经济学的视角出发,文章详细的分析了河南家庭农场的现状及作用,进一步论述了要实施家庭农场制度河南所面临的地、钱和人的三个大的难题。最后提出了相应长效发展机制,主要从政府、农户、市场三个方面进行分析,一方面政府应致力制度支持、完善各项法律法规,另一方面,鼓励农户和家庭农场主采用各种灵活的形式,最后,加强家庭农场各种市场模式的创新。
