摘要
文章通过文化产品的消费满意度调查问卷,以湖北省为例,运用结构方程模型分析文化产品消费满意度的影响因素,结果表明:企业形象、顾客期望、顾客感知质量和顾客感知价值是影响消费者文化产品消费满意度的主要因素。
This article through the cultural product consumption satisfaction questionnaire taking Hubei Province as an example,the use of structural equation model analysis of the factors influencing consumer satisfaction of cultural products, the results indicate: the enterprise image,customer expectation,perceived quality and customer perceived value is the main factor affecting consumer satisfaction of consumers of cultural products.
