摘要
通过“9·11事件”与传统的国际恐怖活动事件的比较,明显看出“9·11事件”在预谋袭击、目标选择、实施方式、袭击技术、实施主体、袭击目的、危害后果以及恐怖氛围等多个方面集中反映了当代国际恐怖活动的新特点。
Comparing with the event of 9·11 and the traditional international terroristic activityevent,we found the following characteristics:the thoroughness of deliberate hitting,the representativeof hitting aim,the accuracy of hitting technology,the in-accuracy of hitting subject,the ignorant ofhitting ends,the seriousness of harmful consequence,the lasting character of terroristic atmosphere.
