中国加入WTO对人民法院独立审判的影响

An Influence on the Independent Trial in Local People's Court after China's Entering WTO

我国加入WTO后,对中国的政治、经济产生了一系列的影响,同样也使人民法院的审判工作面临着新的机遇和挑战。独立审判在中国加入WTO后的人民法院审判工作中起着非常重要的作用,为了实现审判工作与WTO规则相衔接,就必须改革现有的司法制度,更新司法观念,培养精英化的法官,用独立审判保证司法独立,用司法独立保证司法公正,实现我国对WTO的承诺。

China's entering WTO creates favorable conditions for our country mixing with international market systems, participating in international economic cooperations and competitions actively, promoting the course of global economy; meanwhile it also makes the trial work in local people's court face opportunities and challenges all time. In this essay, the author clarifies the importance of independent trial after entering WTO and how to assure the trial independence and the work in local people's court by reforming--We should keep the trial work independent by reforming the trial system; keep the juclicial justice by remaining the trial independence, and then fulfill the connection between our trial work and the regulation of WTO.
