日本“清乐”兴衰初析(上)

Brief Analysis of Rise and Fall of Japanese Qingyue

日本“清乐”有着兴衰起伏的发展,其顺利传播的时间比逆境传播的时间长。其顺利传播与清初中国比较强盛、中日两国为近邻、中日贸易与海运的发展等有关,也与中日关系长期较顺利地进行、中国文化艺术在日本长久而广泛地传播有关。其逆境传播与晚清以来日本对中国的战争、清朝覆灭,以及日本国内欧化、国民音乐教育以西乐为主、“和乐”的求新发展等有关。

[summary] Japan Qingyue had its rise and fall. The period of spreading in good conditions was longer than that in bad ones. The former was related to a stronger China in the early Qing Dynasty, the near neighbor relationship between China and Japan, and the development of trade and sea transportation between the two countries as well. Also the long friendly relationship between the two countries and the long and deep influence of Chinese culture and art in Japan. The latter was associated with the Japanese aggressive war in China, destruction of the Qing Dynasty, westernization in Japan, regarding western music as primary courses in Japanese national music education, as well as the development of Heyue.
