浅谈大理州毒情变化特点与对策

On Characteristics and Countermeasures of Drug Situation Change in Dali Prefecture

多年来 ,大理州公安禁毒部门采取公开查缉与专案侦查相结合的方法 ,有力打击了境内外毒品犯罪分子假道大理从事贩毒活动的嚣张气焰 ,为全省乃至全国的禁毒工作做出了应有贡献 ,但近年来 ,毒品问题出现了一些新的变化和特点。为适应当前禁毒斗争的新形势 ,全面贯彻“四禁并举、堵源截流、严格执法、标本兼治”的禁毒方针 ,巩固禁毒工作的“四个新进展”和“两个新突破” ,是当前公安机关禁毒部门亟待解决的问题。

Narcotics Control organs in Dali Prefecture have been fighting against the drug trafficking by way of Dali by criminals home and abroad and made contributions for the drug control efforts in the whole province by combining search operation with exemplary cases investigation since many years ago. However, change and new characteristics occurred in drug issue in recent years. To adjust to the new situation, the drug control strategy which integrated the control of drug demand, drug supply, drug use into one system , blocking up the sources, rigid law enforcement must be carried through. To strengthen the 'Four Development' and 'two Break-through' is an issue for drug control organs to deal with at once.
