刑讯逼供是对国家权威的直接伤害 ,它损害了警察在公众中的形象 ,是对法律秩序的严重破坏 ,它所具有的危害性是一切违法犯罪行为中最严重的一种。禁止刑讯逼供的对策包括 :强化对警察权力的监督和制约 ;全面提高警察的法律素质 ;权利救济和权利对权力的制约 ;尤其是针对刑讯逼供犯罪法律条文和警察制度的修改和完善 ,以期达到杜绝刑讯逼供。

Inquisition by torture breaks law order greatly and damages good image of policemen in the mind of the public, which becomes one of the most severe crimes according to the direct harm to the national authorities. The countermeasures to avoid it includes: strengthening the supervision and limits of policemen's power; improving the policemen's quality on law; implementing right relief and restricting the power; amending and improving law and norms concerned.
