摘要
毒品对我国“多头入境、全线渗透” ,吸毒人员增加 ,大宗贩毒增多 ,涉毒区域扩大 ,并呈现出一些新的特点。面对毒品对我国危害有增无减的形势 ,继续很抓以云南为重点的堵源截流工作 ,严厉打击毒品犯罪活动 ,遏制毒品的流入和蔓延 ,加强跨境替代种植的国际合作 ,积极探索禁吸戒毒工作的新途径 ,是禁毒工作面临新挑战仍需加强的“新对策”。
Faced with new characteristics in drug crime such as long line infiltration, increasing drug users and drug trafficking cases and extension of places concerned, we are to adopt new countermeasures. Those is as followed: concentrating on the efforts of blocking sources in Yunnan to cut off the input and spread of drug; strengthening the international cooperation in opium alternative development and exploring new approaches in drug use control and drug detoxification.
