A Report on Law Enforcement Evaluation in Kunming Municipal Public Security Bureau

为加强公安机关的内部执法监督 ,云南省公安厅首次对昆明市公安局 2 0 0 2年度执法质量进行考核 ,考核组本着“标准不降、程序不减、实事求是、客观公正”的原则 ,采取听、查、问、议等方式 ,全面了解基层公安机关的执法状况和存在的问题并提出工作建议。

To strengthen law enforcement supervision inside the public security organs, it is the first time that 2002 law enforcement supervision evaluation has been held by Yunnan Public Security Bureau. The evaluation group got a good picture of conditions and problems in grass-roots organs, and proposed some suggestion for them. Some ways such as listening, inspecting, asking and discussing was taken up in the evaluation based on the principle that standard should not be lightened, procedure should not be reduced, the truth is to be found out with fair and objective attitude.
