Considerations on Guns Abuse by Policemen——Strengthening the humanities education is an effective way to improve staffs

滥用枪支警械 ,是公安民警违法违纪中比较突出的问题。今年年初 ,公安部颁布的“五条禁令”中就有两条涉及民警佩枪用枪的纪律 ,但是 ,要发挥公安队伍建设的长效机制 ,在执行“禁令”的同时 ,也日益突显出加强对公安民警的教育尤其是人文教育的重要性。

Guns abuse becomes a typical issue in the illicit cases committed by the policemen. Although two regulations connected guns control have been issued in 'five Prohibition' by Public Security Ministry in the early of this year, strengthening the education, the humanities education in particular will be helpful for gaining long-term achievements in staffs education.
