摘要
自由软件的“自由”体现为通过版权许可给予的自由 ,而不是自由得没有知识产权。也就是说 ,自由软件不是没有版权 ,它首先是承认软件的版权 ,即软件有原始的版权所有者 ,然后纳入自由软件的版权许可约束 ,使其在维持该许可条款不变的情况下 ,都有权复制、修改和发布软件及其衍生的工作。
Free' in free software is reflected by copyright permission, not without copyright. That is, free software does not mean one without copyright, but firstly the copyright of the software is admitted, which shows the software belongs to the original copyright owner, then it is restrained by copyright permission of free software. The above makes the rights of copy, correction, issue and some work concerned legal under the condition with little changes in articles.
