摘要
"神话"在现代社会中甚至在后现代社会中依然没有消亡,只不过它改变了与以往神话不同的存在形式,由此合乎历史与逻辑地构成"当代神话"的存在模式。当代社会必然性地存在着神话思维和神话样式,当代神话只不过是当代创造主体依据自我的目的与动机进行精心编造的结果并带有工业社会和文化产业的审美特性。权力与革命这两个密切关联的因素渗透于当代神话之中,使当代神话蕴含着复杂的社会历史内涵,因此生成了意识形态的审美乌托邦和历史悲剧。
Myth has not extincted in modern and postmodern society. Instead, it takes forms of 'contemporary myth' which is quite different from before and accord with history and logic. It is inevitable for contemporary society to have its mythical thinking and mythical patterns. Contemporary myth is nothing but an elaborate fiction created by the subject according to its motive and intention, and marked with aesthetic features of industry and cultural industry. Power and revolution are the two closely-related elements permeating contemporary myth, endowing contemporary myth with complex social and historical connotation, and thus with an aesthetic Utopia of ideaology and historical tradegy.
