上海“文革”时期一般职工家庭的“经济—社会”构成——读解一则民间史料

The ‘Economic-Social' Structure of a Normal Working Family in “Cultural Revolution” in Shanghai: Based on a Nongovernmental Historical Data

一个上海"文革"初期某街道某里弄加工厂的女工登记表被意外发现,表上不仅有女工们的姓名、年龄、"日工资"标准,更有其家庭的住址、人口数和丈夫的所属单位、工资和文化程度(属里弄工作的特点)。就此,本文通过这一微型史料,从这个小的切口进入,解读与分析20世纪60年代上海一般职工家庭的"经济—社会"构成及生存状况。

A women worker's registration form of a processing plant was discovered accidentally in one of Shanghai' s neighbourhood. This form was designed at the beginning of the Cultural Revolution, with information of the women workers' name, age, daily salary, their address, family members and the information about their hunsband, such as their workplace, salary and education. Based on this information, this ‘micro' historical data, the paper analyses and interprets the ‘economic-social' structure and condition of a normal working family in 1960 s in Shanghai.
