立匋宛1990年独立之后,其学术图书馆为改进工作进行了广泛的馆际合作,特别是在多种项目基金的支持下,改善了原有的服务环境,改进了工作方式,对工作人员进行了大规模高层次的培训,使图书馆的工作取得了很大的进步。

In 1990,Lithuania restored its independence.The system of Lithuanian academic library started to improve their service environment and to pay much training the librarians.With the help of Open Society Institute Program and other various foundations,their librarians have been trained to a high level,and their service environments have improved much.
