图书馆学教育与图书馆人力资本的负相关关系分析

An Analysis of the Negative Relation between Library Science Education and Human Capital of Libraries

本文从人力资本理论的角度对当前的图书馆学教育进行经济学分析,认为图书馆学的多学科教育与图书馆的人力资本水平呈现出负相关的关系,并且这种现象会长期保持下去,直到图书馆提供的平均收益不低于图书馆学受教育者的预期收益为止。

This paper applies the theory of human capital to analyze the negative relation between library science education and human capital of libraries,and points out that it won't be changed until the income which library can offer isn't lower than the expected income of the owners of human capital.
