摘要
本文简述图书馆绩效评估国际标准的产生,论述ISO11620:2008体系结构、绩效指标,分析了其体系特点,并从更新理念、构建绩效指标体系、建立绩效评估机制三方面提出公共图书馆开展绩效评估的思考。
Providing a brief introduction to the emergence course of international standards on library performance assessment,this paper discusses the system framework,performance indicators of ISO 11620:2008 and analyses the characteristics of performance indicator system.The author also puts forward three proposals in order to undertake performance assessment among public libraries in China,those are changing ideas,establishing performance indicator system and setting up performance assessment system.
