摘要
社会力量参与图书馆建设是一项系统性的公益工程,能够提升办馆条件,弥补资源不足,优化资源配置,体现公众权益。主要通过个人或组织独立建设、慈善机构和企业的捐助以及共建共享等几类模式运行,发展策略主要有:营造援助氛围,策划援助项目,优化援助制度和管理机制,并将图书馆事业与文化建设联系起来。
The construction of the library that participated by social forces is a public engineering system, it can enhance the library facilities, make up shortage of resources, optimize the allocation of resources, reflect the public interest. The running modes mainly includes 3 aspects: independent construction by individual or organization, donations by charitable organizations and corporates, development strategies mainly includes: creating support atmosphere, planning aid project, optimizing aid institutions and management mechanism, connecting library enterprise with construction of culture.
