国外公共图书馆理事会建设特点及对我国的启示——基于美、英两国典型案例的分析与思考

美、英两国已经建立了相对完善的图书馆理事会制度,对其他国家的图书馆事业产生了较为深远的影响,我国公共图书馆理事会制度建设尚处于起步阶段。美国波士顿市图书馆、俄亥俄州图书馆、纽约公共图书馆以及英国大英图书馆、伦敦图书馆是施行图书馆理事会治理模式的典型代表,对完善我国图书馆理事会制度具有一定的借鉴、参考作用,主要包括图书馆利益相关者、图书馆制度化设计和图书馆理事会运行等三个层面。
