美国公共图书馆的服务特色——以剑桥公共图书馆为例

美国图书馆众多,而公共图书馆在美国社会、文化生活中一直占有极其重要的地位。基于作者的亲身体验,本文以剑桥公共图书馆为例,重点介绍了其在儿童服务、平等服务和为特殊群体服务、公益服务等方面的做法,以期为未来我国公共图书馆的建设和服务提供参考。

There are numerous libraries in USA, and public libraries play extremely important roles in American social and cultural lives. Based on the experience of the author, taking Cambridge Public Library as an typical example, this paper focused its practices in children's services, equal services and services to special groups, public welfare services, etc., so as to provide a reference for the future construction and services of the public libraries in China.
