西部地区公共图书馆现状调查和对策

本文根据《中国图书馆年鉴》(2014)提供的数据,从机构数量、从业人员及职称结构,总馆藏量和人均拥有馆藏量,图书流通与各类活动开展,数字化建设,收入与支出,总资产、实际使用公用房屋建筑面积、书库面积、阅览室面积、阅览室坐席数情况等方面对我国西部地方公共图书馆现状进行调查研究,并提出相应对策,以期为有关部门的决策提供参考和依据。
