摘要
本文以首都图书馆北京记忆微信平台为调查对象,采用后台数据统计方法,进行平台菜单分析、图文分析、用户分析、消息分析和用户满意度调查,从(1)加强平台宣传,获取用户关注度;(2)调动用户情感诉求,激发规模效应;(3)依托优质资源,构建北京记忆平台生态圈;(4)挖掘大数据价值,完善互动功能;(5)设置关键词回复,提供精准化服务等5个方面提出改进建议。
