中国近代图书馆法治观念的发展进程

鸦片战争后,随着西方新思想的不断涌入,我国图书馆法治观念开始萌芽,并在戊戌变法和清末新政时期有了第一次实践,辛亥革命后,在民国初期和中期得以发展但同时阻滞并行,最后由于战争影响逐渐消解,最终未能实现图书馆法治。

After the Opium War,with the continuous influx of new ideas from the west,the concept of the library rule of law in our country began to sprout,and it had a first practice in the late Qing Dynasty.In the early and mid-term of Republic of China,it had a development,then it gradually disappeared,and finally destroyed with the demise of the Republic of China.The concept of the library rule of law has its own characteristics at every stage of development.
