摘要
图书馆组织创新气氛是图书馆员对影响其创新思维与行为的图书馆环境的感知与判断,对图书馆绩效及图书馆员创新能力有重要作用。文章分析了影响图书馆组织创新气氛的外在因素和内在因素,认为应从图书馆领导、制度安排及资源保障、图书馆员创新素养和团队协作等方面培育图书馆组织创新气氛。
Library environment impact on the innovative thought and behavior of the librarians, library organizational innovation climate is perception and judgment of the library environment from the librarians, and it has an important role in the library performance and librarians innovation ability. This paper analyzes the impact of external factors and internal factors of library organizational innovation climate. In order to develop library organizational innovation climate, this paper thinks should improve library leadership, institutional arrangements and resource guarantee, librarian qualities of innovation and teamwork.
