摘要
读者服务工作是公共图书馆工作的重中之重,即便在信息化发展迅速的今天依旧承担着图书馆工作的最大部分。如何做好读者服务工作在今天仍旧是公共图书馆需要积极探讨的课题。本文以扬州市图书馆为例研究读者对图书馆的需求以及图书馆不足之处,提出改进措施。
Reader service is the most important work of public library. Even in the rapid development of information, It still bears the greatest part of the library work today. How to do the reader service work well is still a subject that public library needs to actively explore. This paper takes Yangzhou Library as an example to study the reader's demand for the library and the insufficiency of library, put forward the improvement measure.
