摘要
食品安全是一项集合政府、企业、社会组织、消费者多方力量的系统工程。公共图书馆作为社会教育的中心阵地、社会管理体制的重要第三方,对食品安全教育有着义不容辞的责任和天然优势。本文基于对国内公共图书馆食品安全教育实践的调研分析,重点论述了公共图书馆开展食品安全教育的义务所在以及可行之道,具有现实指导意义。
Food safety is closely related to government, enterprises, social organizations and consumers and so on. As the Important force of citizenship education and the main third party of social management system, the public library has a responsibility and advantage for food safety education. Based on the investigation and analysis of the practice of food safety education in domestic public libraries, this paper focuses on the duty and feasible way of carrying out food safety education in public libraries, and hope has practical guiding significance for the public libraries.
