摘要
本文应用数据包络分析法(Data Envelopment Analysis,DEA),对河北省11家地市级公共图书馆的相对效率进行评价研究。对其现存资源配置不合理,区域发展不均衡等问题,提出今后发展的4点建议:一是落实经费保障,重视运营兼顾管理;二是深度解读读者,合理配置馆藏资源;三是发挥区域特色,开创多元品牌服务;四是利用信息技术,促进全省均衡发展。
This paper applies the data enveloment analysis method(DEA) to evaluate the relative efficency of 11 municipal public libraties of Hebei Province.Based on the existing issue,show that unreasonable allocation of resources,uneven regional development of Hebei municipal public libraries:one is to ensure adequate funding,pay attention to efficiency and management; Two is to learm more about readers,reasonable allocation of library resources;Three is to play regional features,create a multi-brand service;Four is to use of information technology,promote the balanced development of the province
