让研究型馆员成为资政主力——基于《完善智库管理》效率篇启示

通过对近年来图情领域CSSCI来源期刊关于图书馆智库建设的描述,主要包括国外借鉴、人才培养、职能定位和队伍建设四个方面,是我国公共图书馆研究型馆员转向资政服务的基础。基于以研究型馆员为核心的公共图书馆资政模型,尝试提出四点公共图书馆智库建设建议,助力研究型馆员转型成为各级政府的资政主力。

Through the description in articles on the library think tank construction in the journals fro m CSSCI r esou rce in recent year s, including four aspects, namely foreign examples intimation, talent cultivation, functional orientation and team building, a theoretical foundation has been built for the transition from research-oriented librarians to the financial services oriented ones in China’s public libraries. In allusion to the existing research, a public library policy advice model, the IDEFO model, is built with the core of research oriented librarians. Based on this model, an attempt was made to propose four suggestions to public library think tank service construction to help research oriented librarians transiting into the main force in policy advice of governments at all levels.
