图书馆文献服务中危机管理方法探讨

危机管理一直是图书馆的研究热点之一,并取得了丰硕的研究成果。但在实际中,危机管理理论和危机管理方案难以落地取得实效。本文分析了造成这一困境的原因主要在于危机信号难以察觉、处理危机心态胆怯、危机沟通效果不佳、危机信息获取存在壁垒,并就此提出相应的对策。

Crisis management has always been one of the research hotspots of the library,and it has achieved fruitful research results.This paper analyzes the causes of this dilemma.The main reasons are that the crisis signal is difficult to detect,the mentality of dealing with the crisis is timid,the crisis communication effect is not good,and the crisis information acquisition barrier exists.Based on this,corresponding countermeasures in this regard are proposed.
